The hotel's location proved convenient for accessing central attractions. I could walk to most places of interest with ease.
I encountered issues with the room. The toilet did not flush properly, and this was quite inconvenient. This is a significant problem for a hotel of this supposed caliber.

The breakfast buffet at Hearth offered many choices. It had fresh options even for celiac guests. Staff took extra care celebrating my mother's birthday (cake and mimosas!).
The room seemed small. I was not able to order drinks by the pool. I left items behind in the room and they were not found 24 hours after I left even after asking.

the location is excellent. it allowed easy access to nearby attractions. the room was clean. breakfast was good. it had a buffet.
the valet parking felt excessive! it was a little dear. some areas showed wear. i noticed scratches on the floor? there was also grout missing in the shower.

A mixed experience. Not sure i'd return
slow serviceembarrassing letter
The room service was quite slow. It took over an hour for my order to arrive! the dumplings i ordered were cold both times. also, i received a letter saying i had exceeded the limit for incidentals. That was embarrassing and shouldn't have happened.
